GROUP REPORTS

Electricity: tomorrow, some people from Monte Paradiso will go buy cable and extensions. There needs to be another meeting so that more people learn about the electrical network and are able to fix it in case something happens.

Furniture group: some mattresses and bed structures are stored in the storage room downstairs to be taken outside when the hackmeeting starts. Two tables have been built, and there definitely is need for some more. The furniture group could not find material, so it needs to hook up with Edgar the next day.

COLLECTIVE LIFE

* lunch @ 2pm: there's food left from tonight

* dinner @ 8pm: kraken, gordon, fly

* shopping: there's enough supplies for tomorrow

* money: 70 meals served, 2 euros per meal, pay to ricola (prererably in euros).

BAR

Selling beer is a good way to earn money for the hackmeeting. We can get beer from the same contact we use for food, and store it in one the fridges in the kitchen. A big advantage is that we can take the products away, and pay afterwards. Shapo will be the gateway between the shop and us, and there's an appointment with him and the 'beer group' tomorrow at 3pm in the transhack café.

SLEEPING

People arriving in the middle of the night will be directed towards the transhack café. Darkveggy makes a poster to stick on the main entrance.

The billiard room is already getting crowded.

We need to establish a camping site outside on a piece of green.

Some people already settled in the external corridor. There should not be other people settling outside because we'll run out of precious shaded space, but on the other hand, it is quite nice for them to stay, because it provides some kind of security for outside computers.

KEYS

We have to do a keymasters list to know which person is responsable for the keys of which room. Meinhard and Ricola take care about it.

MONEY

We need to have referent persons for money. All bills should be given to them, and they would regularly bring money to a secure location. Decay, Meinhard, Ricola start the job.

SECURE STORAGE

The secure storage room will finally be the room near the tranhack café. Key will be kept by people behind the bar, and the secure room will be available on request at the bar. Since there will be at least 2 people for each shift, this should be no problem for people at the bar to handle it. This cannot be a 100% secure zone, but to prevent people from stealing material, people at the bar should ask for a description of the hardware the person wants to collect.

PRESS

Nicola from Pula will be here most of the time as a native speaker to talk to the media.

This is important to have a list of medias.

Edgar posted a press release calling for a press conference to be held on Friday at noon (to be confirmed, since Edgar was not here).

It's important that what we say to the media is collectively deciced before.

Media group meeting 5pm @ transhack café, which will report to the general assembly.

At 9:30, an interview is to be done with the austrialian radio. Meinhard, Frenesi, Darkveggy and Jamie deal with it right after the main meeting.

WORKSHOPS

We'll not use the hubcalendar, as decided before.

It's more important to set up some paper and pen schedule, by reading both through the mailing-list archives and the wiki, to integrate propositions and arrival times into consideration! Meinhard, Frebesi, Jamie, Jimpulse.
